All transactions in the e-Catalog can be managed easily via the Orders page on our platform. There are various statuses listed according to order conditions, namely, Unpaid, New Order, Confirmed, In progress, and Completed. The following is an explanation of each order status: - Unpaid: incoming orders that the customer has not paid for. - New orders: incoming orders that customers have already paid for - Confirmed: confirmed new orders Additional information: Unpaid status and new orders will automatically appear from the Instapay system according to customer payments. Meanwhile, to be able to change the status of a new Order from Confirmed to Completed, merchants need to change the status of their orders independently in the application.
