Payment funds from customers will be settled to merchant's account automatically within D+2 working days. Here is the flow of customer payment funds until they enter the merchant's account: merchants send a payment invoice to customers. Then the customer makes a payment using the chosen method. Furthermore, customer payment funds will go to the partner bank according to the method chosen by the customer. Then, Instapay submits a fund settlement process to the merchant's account. The funds are automatically settled into the merchant's bank account within D+2 working days with the final nominal that has been charged with a service fee or MDR. It should be understood that the service fee or MDR depends on the type of payment method the customer chooses. For instance, if a customer pays using a virtual account, the service fee is IDR 3,500.
