Merchant accounts are well protected using an OTP code that is sent uniquely each time a merchant logs in. So that only users who have the appropriate email and OTP data can get access to enter an Instapay account. So, it is very important to maintain the confidentiality of the OTP from any party to maintain the privacy of your account.

This OTP code also has an expiration period so merchants need to re-login every 3 months to ensure the legitimacy of the account holder.
